Shipping Policy – Yox & Yoon

UK order Processing & Delivery

• All UK orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase.

• UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48-hour service, meaning you can expect to receive your order within 4 working days from dispatch.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

• UK delivery cost is £3.95 per order and free for orders over £60.

 

Store Collection Option

For those who prefer to collect their order in person, we offer a store collection option:

• Collection Location: The Little Hair Room, 49 Penny Lane, Allerton, Liverpool, L18 1DE.

• Collection Day & Time: Fridays only between 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM.

• Customers will receive an email confirmation when their order is ready for collection.

 

EU & International order Processing & Delivery

• All EU & International orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase.

• UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail standard service, meaning you can expect to receive your order within 12-14 working days from dispatch.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

• European delivery cost is £14.99 per order.

• International (outside of Europe) delivery cost is £23.99 per order.
